Helium 10 is a large suite of Amazon seller tools: product research (Black Box), keyword research (Cerebro, Magnet), listing optimisation, profit analytics and alerts. The entry-level Starter plan was discontinued, so it now makes most sense for sellers with real volume.
WAMP is SellerAmp's sourcing analyser for Walmart Marketplace. A Chrome extension shows profit calculations, historic price and sales charts, Buy Box analysis and restriction badges for Walmart products, so you can check a Walmart flip the way SellerAmp checks an Amazon one.
Retail and online arbitrage on Amazon live and die by data: sales rank, price history, Buy Box competition, fees and ungating restrictions. These tools range from free browser extensions to full research suites. Beginners usually start with one scanner app plus Keepa, and add a sourcing suite once they are consistently profitable. The deciding factors usually come down to each tool's standout strength (for Helium 10: very broad feature set; for WAMP: free during beta) weighed against its main drawback (entry price now $99-$129/mo versus walmart only).
