Best Crosslisting App for Beginners (2026)

If you list on two or more marketplaces, a crosslister pays for itself the first week you avoid selling the same item twice. Beginners should optimise for three things: a low monthly price, a simple mobile workflow, and delisting that happens automatically or with one click when something sells.

1. Flyp

The cheapest way to start: $9/mo after a 100-day free trial, simple mobile workflow, and Poshmark/Mercari bots if you need them later.

Flyp offers a low-cost crosslister plus separate Poshmark and Mercari sharing/offer bots. Many sellers pair its crosslister with its Poshmark bot to keep closets active without daily manual sharing. It is a good entry point for part-time resellers.

Pros: Low entry price; Poshmark and Mercari bots; Simple mobile-friendly workflow. Cons: Features split across separate products; Less advanced inventory reporting.

2. Vendoo

Polished and beginner-friendly. Every plan now includes unlimited items and crossposting; Starter is $14.99/mo after a 14-day trial.

Vendoo is one of the best-known crosslisting platforms. You create one master listing with photos, title, price and item specifics, then push it to any of the supported marketplaces in a few clicks. Every plan includes unlimited items, crossposting and delist/relist; higher tiers add (so a sale on one platform removes the item elsewhere), bulk actions, background removal and sales analytics. It runs in the browser and on mobile, which makes it practical to list straight from your phone after a sourcing run.

Pros: Clean, beginner-friendly interface; Mobile app for listing on the go; Inventory and sales analytics built in. Cons: No free plan anymore, only a 14-day trial; AI enhancement and bulk actions start on the $29.99 Growth plan.

3. Crosslist

Fast import of existing listings and free fee calculators. Bronze ($29.99/mo) caps you at 200 new listings a month, which is plenty for most beginners.

Crosslist focuses on speed: import existing listings from one marketplace and copy them to others with a browser extension and mobile app. It also publishes free marketplace fee calculators and size charts that many resellers use even without subscribing. Auto-delist and bulk tools are available on its plans.

Pros: Quick import and bulk crosslisting; Free fee calculators on the site; Supports Vinted and Whatnot. Cons: Extension needed for some marketplaces; Fewer analytics than inventory-focused tools.

4. List Perfectly

The biggest community and training library, but auto-delisting is only on Pro Plus, so it is better once you scale.

List Perfectly is a crosslisting catalog built for serious resellers. Listings live in a central catalog and are posted to marketplaces through a browser extension, with auto-delisting on the Pro Plus plan. It is known for its large reseller community, live training sessions and support, which makes it a popular choice for people scaling past a few hundred listings.

Pros: Supports a very wide range of marketplaces; Strong community, education and support; Good for bulk importing existing listings. Cons: Higher starting price than some rivals; Extension-based posting needs a desktop browser.

How to choose

Start with the marketplaces you actually sell on and check each app supports them. Then compare the plan you would need in 3 months, not today: a cap of 200 new listings a month sounds big until a good sourcing week. Finally, test auto-delist during the free trial by selling one item and timing how fast it disappears from your other platforms.

When you do not need one yet

If you sell on one marketplace, or list fewer than about 20 items a month, copy-paste plus a good listing template is fine. Put the money into inventory instead.

FAQ

Do crosslisting apps work with Facebook Marketplace?

Most do, usually through a browser extension. Check the app's current marketplace list, because Facebook support changes more often than eBay or Poshmark support.

Is there a free crosslister?

Flyp's crosslister is free for the first 100 days, and Vendoo offers a 14-day trial. After that, expect to pay $9-$50 a month.
